Kristy Nittskoff, Founder - Talent-Savvy
Kristy has over 10 years of HR experience and is the Founder of Talent-Savvy. She consults with growing companies to help them achieve their recruitment and retention goals through implementing innovative talent attraction and employment branding strategies. She coaches executives, corporate recruiters, and HR managers on the nuances of recruitment in order to set them on a path to crush their goals and scale efficiently.
Prior to starting Talent-Savvy, Kristy served as the head of HR for a growing tech firm. She holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management, as well as an SPHR and SHRM-SCP certification. She loves connecting job-seekers with their ideal opportunities and helping companies fully realize their potential to retain top talent.
Wendy Zietz, Managing Director, Program Diversity - ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO
Wendy Zietz has nearly two decades of experience in the recruitment industry, with the last 12 years focused on recruitment management. Wendy joined ManpowerGroup in 2012 as a Managing Director in Program Delivery, building out ManpowerGroup’s CORE (Center of Recruiting Excellence) to support the RPO line of business. She specializes in managing large teams in the high volume recruiting space and has touched multiple industries, including financial services, manufacturing, engineering and retail.
In her current role, Wendy is the Managing Director of RPO CORE in Milwaukee, overseeing the production and development of over 100 resources. Wendy is integral in building and maintaining the successful business model of CORE, making a positive impact across the organization through cost savings, increased efficiencies and talent progression. Wendy partners closely with RPO leadership on the program delivery side to ensure optimal client service. She works to continually evolve the CORE so that it keeps pace with program team and client needs.
In addition to RPO, Wendy was instrumental in the foundation and implementation of the North America CORE servicing the Manpower and Experis brands. She oversees the CORE Support Center (CSC), supporting cross-brand recruitment and on-boarding and aligning brand leadership on CORE operations. She views the CORE in Milwaukee as part of a larger, global organization and seeks to partner with colleagues in Manila, Lima and Gdansk to maximize CORE efficiency and productivity.
Wendy’s experience in recruitment and recruitment management includes work with other RPO providers as a Program Manager at Kelly OCG and as Director of Operations for Capital H Group’s National Recruitment Practice. Her background also includes Talent Acquisition Management from the corporate side in financial services.
Dave Coons, Senior Vice President - The Jacobson Group
As Senior Vice President of The Jacobson Group, Dave Coons provides leadership to Jacobson's professional recruiting, emerging talent, RPO, and temporary and temp-to-hire staffing practice. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of these business units, Dave serves on the Executive Management Team and plays an integral role in the continued growth and development of the firm.
Dave joined Jacobson in 2007 to head up its subject matter experts practice and later transitioned to his current role. With extensive experience in the human capital and professional services arenas, he most recently served as Vice President of Business Development for a global human resources consulting firm. His successful career record also includes executive tenures with a leading recruitment process outsourcing provider and a global technology consulting firm.
Dave earned his MBA from Loyola University in Chicago and his bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind. Currently, he is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Chicago Area Healthcare Recruiters Association (CAHR), Harper College for Business Advisory Committee, and Loyola and Indiana University alumni foundations.
Crystal Stanfield, Manager, Global Recruiting - IBM
Crystal Stanfield has 18 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition through a mixed background of contingency/retained recruiting, as well as, in-house corporate recruiting. Crystal started recruiting at age 19 for a boutique search firm and quickly built a network in Chicago of professionals ranging from Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT and Engineering. After 7 years in agency, she made a switch to Corporate Human Resources. Her first role was a start-up position to build a centralized recruitment function for an 1800 employee manufacturer. Thereafter, Crystal has been associated with numerous opportunities to “build” processes, systems, programs, business unit expansions, global expansions, strategies, workforce plans, employment branding and teams to get the job done!
Crystal Stanfield is the Manager, Global Recruiting for Cleversafe’s IBM Cloud Storage and is currently leading their global expansion of 330 new heads globally. Her experience over the last 18 years has been across industries such as Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare and Technology. Crystal has built systems, processes, branding, teams and has a great deal of experience in scaling businesses through effective Talent strategies.
