Throughout history, the brave have taken great risks to explore new frontiers.  These trailblazers overcame their fears and questioned everything they knew to be true.  Even though it was believed the world was flat, Christopher Columbus embarked on a dangerous voyage approximately 9,000 miles across the Atlantic. His success changed the course of history and gave confidence to others to envision new possibilities.

Today’s market conditions require Talent Acquisition professionals to be visionaries.  What we’ve known to be true will no longer be enough to succeed to today’s highly competitive market.  Those courageous leaders who adopt bold talent solutions will strengthen their competitive advantage and leave a lasting legacy.

Have you ever thought about collaborating with your competitors?  Can you design or re-design work based on the needs of your target audience? What can you do to prioritize and support the needs of the candidate before the needs of your company?

Come meet  Talent Acquisition pioneers who are challenging the status quo and have identified innovative solutions to address today’s skill gaps.  You’ll be inspired to re-think your current talent attraction strategies and believe the impossible is possible.
