Kevin Grossman, President and Board Member of Talent Board
Kevin W. Grossman is the Talent Board president and a board member responsible for the Candidate Experience Awards worldwide. Founded in 2011, it’s the first nonprofit research organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience with industry benchmarks that highlight accountability, fairness and business impact. He also hosts the popular Talent Board #TheCandEs Shop Talk podcast that covers recruiting and candidate experience. Kevin is an HCI certified Talent Acquisition Strategist (TAS) and Human Capital Strategist with over 20 years of domain expertise in the human resource and talent acquisition industry and related technology marketplace. He’s been a prolific "HR business" blogger and writer since 2004 and his first business book on career management titled Tech Job Hunt Handbook was released in December 2012 from Apress. Kevin holds a B.A. in Psychology from San Jose State University. An avid reader, a grateful father and husband, he writes regularly about responsible parenting and personal leadership at GetOffTheGround.blogspot.com.

Chloe Rada, Director of Talent Administration, Technology & Branding
Chloé Rada is a forward-thinking, creative and analytics-driven Recruitment Operations leader with 19 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition industry. She has overall responsibility for Sodexo’s talent technology and vendor management to support recruitment and on-boarding for all management and executive level positions enterprise-wide.  In this Senior Leadership role, she also oversees Sodexo’s Candidate Experience and Talent Attraction Strategy. In her previous role as the Senior Marketing Manager, Chloé set enterprise strategy and directed branding activities to help Sodexo achieve their priorities and goals and leveraged labor market data of critical talent pools to develop talent engagement and brand advocacy strategies to support the growth of the business. Leading subject matter expert in Recruitment Technology adoption including Candidate Relationship Management and Sourcing tools, Advocacy platform and Mobile App technologies to improve hiring process and boost hiring performance. Chloé led a team of employment branding professionals who built awareness of Sodexo’s culture and workplace experiences in the US, executed strategies for Sodexo’s career social, digital and mobile channels as well-prepared on-going Recruiter development and training for leveraging social media for recruiting. Chloé has volunteered her time and expertise for the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP), a new global non-profit TA organization, DisruptHR Chicago, Society of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (STAR Chicago) and provided job search training to community organizations and students. 

 

Kelly Keegan, VP of People - Built In
Kelly has more than 13 years’ experience fostering culture and driving talent acquisition for rapidly growing, purpose-driven organizations. As a People Leader and Coach, Kelly is passionate about empowering individuals to become their best, most authentic selves — focusing on scaling cultures and creating programs that care for and develop the whole human. Kris Leonard, Associate Director, Talent Acquisition - AT&T
Kris leads a team responsible for hiring employees into key technology, operations and supply chain roles.  Prior to joining AT&T in 1996, he held various HR and TA leadership positions with General Binding Corporation, Zenith Data Systems, and Covad Communications.  Kris holds a BA degree from St. Ambrose College and a MS from Loyola University. 
Kris currently volunteers as a mentor with the Institute of Human Resources & Employment Relations at Loyola University as well as the Society of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (STAR) Chicago.  He is a two-time past president of STAR Chicago and the recipient of their Distinguished Service Award.  

 

Christina Holmer, Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Walgreens
Chrissy started her career with Walgreens 20 years ago in Talent Acquisition and has held management positions within TA as well as HRIS leading the Analytics and Technology for TA, Learning and Performance.  Currently, she leads a team focused on enterprise Talent Acquisition solutions.  This includes TA technology and analytics, vendor management, candidate sourcing and ownership of RPO relationships.  Chrissy received her bachelor’s degree from Wartburg College in Computer Information Systems and Business Management.  She spends her free time cheering on her 3 boys playing baseball, tennis and running cross country as well as traveling to National Parks and Disney World.
