Given the current historically low unemployment rates and challenging hiring environments, today’s Talent Acquisition professional is spending more time helping their businesses transform, being a strategic advisor, and analyzing a changing talent market. The complexities of the talent acquisition equation are increasing and getting redefined. The Recruiter isn’t simply responsible for filling requisitions. Rebekah Kowalski, Client Workforce Solutions - ManpowerGroup North America
Rebekah Kowalski leads Client Workforce Solutions for ManpowerGroup North America. Rebekah’s work focuses on developing solutions that help organizations and leaders deal with the implications of both the shortage of rightly skilled workers, and the rapid evolution of roles and skills across multiple sectors. Rebekah led the ManpowerGroup team who worked with the Digital Design & Manufacturing Institute to define the future workforce for digital manufacturing and design, and is responsible for leading ManpowerGroup North America’s Manufacturing Sector Strategy. Leading up to her current role, Rebekah led the Workforce Strategy and Solution Integration Team for Right Management, a ManpowerGroup company, and was also responsible for the continuous innovation and expansion of Right Management’s Strategic Workforce Consulting Practice worldwide. Rebekah was the primary architect of ManpowerGroup’s proprietary workforce supply and demand forecasting solution and consulting process. She also pioneered the workforce strategy approach for our government clients to help them align their employment ecosystems with their long-term talent forecast.

Mike Rodgers, VP of Commercial Innovation, Advocate Aurora Health, VP of 83 Tech Harbor, Inc.
Mike joined Aurora Health Care in 2013. As Vice President of Commercial Innovation, he is charged with overseeing Advocate Aurora’s commercial innovation, building new ventures and collaborations with healthcare startups nationwide. Rodgers both approves, designs, and implements ideas that not only generate revenue, but ensure a sustainable future for the healthcare system. He serves as Advocate Aurora’s liaison to Milwaukee’s start-up community and its innovation investments. Through his roles at Advocate Aurora and the Milwaukee Tech Hub group Mike has played a critical role advancing Milwaukee's tech and startup ecosystem. Mike's support has helped grow Startup Milwaukee Week to the largest entrepreneurial event in Southeast Wisconsin and helped spur new programming and offerings from Startup Milwaukee such as our Founder's Circle an exclusive network of over 75 tech startup founders in Southeast Wisconsin.

Mike Chuidian, Sr. Tech Sourcer - Walmart eCommerce
Mike Chuidian is a Sr. Tech Sourcer for Walmart Global eCommerce and is a 13-year veteran of the Recruiting/Staffing industry. A student of The Sourcing Institute and a well-rounded Sourcer/Recruiter who has worked with the likes of Deloitte, Coca-Cola, Sears Holdings Corp, Lowe's, etc. His passion for solving problems is evident with the success he’s had with the companies he has worked with. When not formulating Boolean strings and scraping data, he indulges in the world of sneaker collecting and is also a Hip-Hop DJ. Mike graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Cal State Long Beach.

My 18 years of experience in this space allows me to quickly build relationships and navigate complex environments into order implement tools and processes that allow for efficiency and data-driven decisions. In my Senior Leadership role at Sodexo, I own our Talent Technology and the Branding and Talent Administration function. Leading a team of 14 employees, we work tirelessly to enhance Sodexo’s Candidate Experience, Talent Attraction Strategy and our Recruitment Technology Systems.

Lindsay is a Talent Acquisition Manager with West Monroe Partners, a business and technology consulting firm. Prior to joining West Monroe, Lindsay led the recruiting efforts at a small startup IT consulting firm in downtown Chicago. She appreciates the art of storytelling to attract talent and loves coaching others around best practices in talent acquisition. She’s passionate about working to continuously improve candidate experience and loves collaborating with her colleagues at West Monroe around employer branding initiatives.

As National Director of Experienced Hire Recruiting for KPMG’s US Audit, Data & Analytics and Digital Business Transformation Practices, since 2011 MariJo has been responsible for executing against the firm’s aggressive growth priorities and strategic business needs through talent sourcing and acquisition. She brings experience in the following areas of recruitment to KPMG’s Human Capital organization: strategy, operations, diversity, contingent self-sourcing, domestic & international RPO, ATS system implementation, financials, marketing and social media. Earlier in her career at KPMG, MariJo worked as a Director in Campus Recruiting and a Director of Resource Management. MariJo’s initial role after graduation was with KPMG as an Audit professional working on clients within the Consumer Products, Retail and Not For Profit industries.Other experience includes leading Human Resources and Recruitment at a technology start-up.
