Charles Bretz, Senior Manager Talent Acquisition – PLS Financial Services

Charles Bretz works for PLS Financial Services as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Charles is responsible for developing and implementing all Talent Acquisition strategies, vendor management and recruiting programs to meet current and future needs. As a sourcing guru, Charles is sought out for his industry expertise and has written articles for Talent Management Magazine, Recruiting Trends, Baseline Magazine and many other publications and has presented various conferences including SourceCon and The Recruiting Learning Conference.
