The candidate experience is a candidate’s overall perception of an organization’s recruiting and hiring process. Starting long before the interview, candidates begin to form their opinion about your company and evidence has shown that candidate experience directly impacts whether or not a candidate accepts a job. How candidates rate their experience of your hiring process can be reflected in a higher conversion of quality candidates, a willingness to re-apply when more competitive, an increased intention to refer others or the continued interest in purchasing your products and services. So how can you improve the candidate experience, how do you create a positive candidate experience, how do you get your hiring managers to understand the importance and how do you accomplish this experience on all different recruiting budgets. Join us on March 11 as our panel talks about how to…
- Steps to building a hiring process to create a winning, effective experience constantly between your talent acquisition team and candidates
- How to create a positive brand from candidates turned employees
- How to teach your hiring managers their role in the candidate experience and with recruiting (dos and don'ts)
- Ways to accomplish the ultimate candidate experience at any budget
